Partnerships, Sponsorship & Business Development Internship (m/f/d)
Partnerships, Sponsorship & Business Development Internship (m/f/d)
Turn #DAMUR, SLUTs and 25hrs LOVE ideas into valuable partners, resources and revenue.
Berlin · Primarily on-site · 3–6 months · Mandatory study internship
About the Role
#DAMUR is a Berlin-based high-end fashion label working across fashion, music, nightlife, performance and contemporary culture. Alongside the label, we are developing SLUTs as an event platform and 25hrs LOVE as a future cultural space.
You will research and approach partners that genuinely fit each project, help build convincing proposals and keep conversations and follow-ups moving. Senior team members handle final negotiations and contracts.
A Professional Working Internship
This is a professional working internship—not a classroom, observation placement or beginner training programme.
We provide clear briefs, professional context, feedback and access to real projects. In return, you are expected to bring usable skills, think independently, take responsibility and contribute to meaningful progress and results.
You do not need to know everything on your first day, but you must be resourceful, accountable and ready to learn through doing. We are looking for students who want to add value to the team—not wait for every step to be taught or repeatedly explained.
What You’ll Do
- Research and prioritise potential sponsors, brands, institutions and cultural partners
- Explain clearly what #DAMUR and each potential partner could gain
- Build focused prospect lists and identify the right decision-makers
- Help create sponsorship packages, pitch decks and tailored outreach
- Keep contact lists, replies, deadlines, follow-ups and meeting notes up to date
- Move assigned tasks forward without repeated reminders
- Support agreed partner activities, materials and results reporting
You’re a Strong Fit If
- You study business, marketing, cultural or fashion management, entrepreneurship or a related subject
- You can research systematically and write persuasive, professional English
- You take responsibility for defined tasks and can work without step-by-step supervision
- You ask focused questions, act on feedback and communicate early when blocked
- You are comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, deadlines and follow-ups
- You are commercially curious, proactive and confident contacting new people
- You care about the quality and impact of your work—not only completing assigned hours
- CRM, sales, fundraising, budgeting, German or Mandarin skills are a plus
What You’ll Gain
- Real responsibility within active partnership research, proposals and outreach
- Experience turning creative concepts into commercially sustainable projects
- Exposure to fashion, events and the development of #DAMUR and 25hrs LOVE
- Direct professional feedback on the quality, logic and impact of your work

How to Apply
Apply in English through Fashion United by clicking “Apply.”
Upload your CV in PDF format. A relevant business, partnership, research or presentation sample is welcome but optional.
In the Motivation field, answer the following in a maximum of 300 words:
- Name one potential partner for #DAMUR, SLUTs or 25hrs LOVE and explain what both sides could gain.
- Tell us about one business, partnership, sales or research task you were responsible for. What did you do, and what was the result?
- State your earliest possible start date, how long you can stay (3–6 months), and confirm that this is a mandatory study internship.
No formal cover letter is required. We want to understand how you think, contribute and respond to a brief—not read a generic letter about your background or what you hope to gain. Please answer all three questions directly.
